Re: V

I... Liked It!!!

Seriously, I thought they did a really nice job to update the show while retaining all the main original elements. Modern special effects really help make the show.

Re: V

You'd think that when they peeled off the skin of the dead V guy, someone would take a picture with the cell phone...that's all I'm saying.

Don't worry. When one of the V bodies gets turned over to the coroner everyone will know!! Don't worry the USA will figure it out. You just keep being Canadian.

Re: V

Is it just me or are the old Firefly actors all moving to ABC now? Nathan on Castle, now Morena (who got way too skinny! ok, maybe its just the hair...) and Alan on V? My question is when does Summer show up (She seems to pop up everywhere else, Dollhouse in December) Hell, throw in some of the Battlestar regulars and we've got a party! (On a side note I'm pissed they delayed the Plan again, I'm waiting for it in my Netflix cue, very long wait. Got Caprica that way, not too shabby)

Yeah, stupid that you don't drag off a corpse, and aren't they supposed to have green blood? I don't care how important it is, no one cuts a V into my skull.

Re: V

Gina is on FlashForward (also ABC). I wouldn't mind seeing Jewel again.

Re: V

Looks like she's been busy on Stargate Atlantis (did not know that, might have watched it just for her). I also didn't realize she poked her head into Wonderfalls, one of the tops of my "what freaking idiot canceled this series" list along with Firefly.

Would really be funny if NBC did cancel Chuck, I bet ABC is waiting in the wings to pick it up, get Adam Baldwin as well.

Now wonder where Ron Glass and Sean Maher are hiding? (Ron did show up in Dirty Sexy Money, another ABC show)

Re: V

yup, bought the Wonderfalls DVD series as soon as it was released.
Now I'll have to go back and watch it for Jewel!

Rekha Sharma was in the preview for next week. Funny how certain actors seem to gravitate toward sci fi. (or maybe they just get pidgeon-holed...)

Never apply logic to a TV show.

Just read yesterday that NBC has ordered 6 more episodes of Chuck, so we will have 19 new episodes this season. It will probably start before the Olympics start (Feb. ?), be off for those 2 weeks, then finish afterward.

Re: V

I hate when networks show sports, isn't that what those subchannels should be used for? Sports and Presidential addresses. Fill the time in between with infomercials if you want, or better yet, reruns of network and cable shows from affiliate stations.
