USB TV Tuner

Can anyone recommend a good USB TV tuner?

can you provide more information on your needs? HD? QAM? analog cable/S-video etc?

OTA QAM is the requirement. Anything else is a bonus.

Hauppauge HVR-950. Hands down. I'm running 3 of them in QAM mode, alongside a 1600.
