American Gladiator

Well, I was skeptical. But these first two episodes were pretty good! It a modernized American Gladiator with some dog eat dog added in.

Re: American Gladiator

Are you serious? You actually liked it? I thought it was pretty comical. Horrible hosting, rambling/fake contestant comments, terrible commentary during the events, etc. Maybe it was this bad back in the day too, but I was too young to notice. Kind of like WWE wrestling.

My wife and I watched it for a while, and it was just as bad as it was back in the day. We topped out at the first commercial and switched to MASH

I have to admit I did to. The interviews not so much, but the competition was fun to watch. I read on another Blog about a great drinking game you can play while watching, every time Hulk Hogan says Brother you have to drink. After about 10 minutes in you will enjoying the hell out of it.

The best interview was Hulk talking to the guy that said "man" all the time. Every one of Hulk's questions would use "brother" at least 4 times, and then every answer had an equal number of man's.
