Unblock PVS ports in Norton Internet Security 2002?

As title - I need to know how to unblock access to PVS's ports in Norton Internet Security 2002. I can access PVS over the internet with NIS disabled, but when it is up I cannot get through to any of these ports.

Help much appreciated.

do you have ports 80, 8129, 8080, and 1755 open? I can speak to NIS, but that's what I needed to do with my router.

I don't have a router, only a 56k modem, and have told Windows to open these ports and let traffic through. NIS is my only problem - with it disabled, I can access PVS just fine.
