A satisfied customer

I am really loving this program right now. When the live TV feature was first introduced I really didn't figure I would use it much. I have found, however, since getting my PVR250 It's great. Whats really nice is letting a show record for about 15 to 20 minutes and then start watching it. This way I can skip commercials and you will not catch up to the live recording till toward the end. This turned my old AMD 750 into a really useful tool. I would think if you could hit the used computer market I bet you can pick up a old machine like mine for next to nothing. Just add the 179 PVR250 and the software and you have turned an old paper weight into a very useful device. Well worth the money good job SS.

Now if you just could put the conflict resolution in the web admin..... Sorry had to throw that in there.

I'm pretty impressed with PVS too, for a lot of reasons. Just tonight I decided to try a recompression while watching LiveTV simultaneously for the first time. The video being recompressed is on a network drive (western digital special edition in my main pc). The timeshift buffer is on a local hard drive. LiveTV played perfectly fine while the recompression was going on.

Then I decided to test it out a little. While the same recompression was going on over the network, I played back a different video from that same hard drive (also over the network). Worked perfectly! Not only was I recompressing and playing videos on the same hd at the same time, but it was all being done on a hd in another pc!!!

This software was well worth the $50 invesment.

Will
