I am a new SS user, and so far, I am completely delighted. I have been able to re-encode (some) of my captured TV shows, and play them back on my HP1945 PPC perfectly. However, I use this feature when I workout. And I often find myself needing to pause, or need to wat until the following workout to finish a program. I was suprised to find that the latest Windows Media player does NOT have any sort of bookmarking function. So if one has to reset the PPC (Which happens too often) or for whatever reason the media player is terminated, you have to go find your place in the show again.
Does anyone know of an alternative player I might be able to use on the PPC 2003 that will let me bookmark? Lee |
