Streaming Quality disabled
The "Streaming Quality" drop-down box is disabled (grayed out) in the "Streaming Server Settings" config page. This hasn't always been the case because I was able to change it when I first installed the software but I can't find anyway to get it to enable again. Is there something I'm missing or is it a bug?
I'm having this problem with both version 3.2 and the latest beta.
