who has a geforcefx 5200 with svideo and two vga outputs..FIFO errors

I have one of these cards and with only my tv plugged into it. I cannot get SnapStream to startup. Actually it starts up but when I want to watch TV in windowed or fullscreen mode it goes to a white scfreen saying PLEASE WAIT... and then hangs there. If I minimize the window and bring it back up again it partially draws it, blue with a few of the icons such as video library folder showing. However I cannot operate anything and the computer feels like mollases.

Looking at the log I see no errors but the DEBUG program shows that it is complaining about NV NVDX FIFO errors on CHANNEL 1.

Anyone else using this card and if so what configuration? By the way it is a PNY fx5200 card. I have an Athlon 950Mhz with 768Megs of RAM and 40 gig drive with fresh install of winxp and directxb etc.
