Put it in the second PCI Slot (#1 if the first is labeled #0)

if you have an asus motherboard they usually put a page in the manuall that lists interrupts and wich slot shares with what onboard/slots the best one is the slot that doesnt share with anything or if it cant be helped the component/slot that wont be used/doesnt generate too much data.

you should also be able to check when the machine first boots (might have to use a boot floppy to see the screen tho) right after the bios and before the os most computers will show a table of pci devices and their irq's if you have 2 sharing then you should move the wintv around

but if it works dont bother with it they are too picky anyway
