your best bet if you are in the US and can get to a circuit city or a best buy (BB might not carry it they are hard to find there) or some other computer shop that doesnt have a restocking fee. Some users do have trouble gettin them to run properly and getting it at a place w/o a restock fee is nice if you do have to return it. Unfortunately you are about a week and a half too late, circuit city just had a 149->99$ mailin rebate on the pvr250 about two weeks ago

I would recommend getting one instore and making sure that it works then trying like ebay or something if you are in dire need of getting it cheap

I ordered my 350 from www.provantage.com and was very pleased with the shipping and the price. I believe I paid around $160.

There's a rebate at Fry's Electronics.. something like $30 or so.. so its about $150-30..
