Minor issues

I've used Snapstream for two days so far and I've encounter some minor issues and missing features.

1) Sometimes when I'm changing the channels with my ATI Remote, instead of changing the channel it goes back to the Menu yet I still hear the TV sound. When I try to go back to Live TV it can't because apparently it's already on. So I have to quit the application and restart Snapstream Fullscreen again.

2) Is it possible to take a screenshot?

3) WinDVR seems able to catch low signal channels easily unlike Snapstream. Not a big issue but hey it'd be nice.

I just installed SS3.1 as well and had the "Menu instead of the channel" issue.

I discovered that the problem had to do with the IR Blaster sending and extra "ENTER" key after the channel had already been accessed. Try pointing your cable box remote at the cable box and pressing enter...I bet you get a menu. It will go away after a period of time. Pressing channel up or down will also reset it. My Motorola DC2000/Comcast Setup has an auto-tune feature under the "Guide" menu that is set to "Yes".

I installed HERemote to control my IR Blaster and the problem has gone away. Make sure you follow the instructions on the HERemote setup page religiously. If set up properly, it works much more reliably than the IR control within SS.
