I kept having problems with v3.0 on my WindowsMe system -- wtlpvsapp kept locking up, showing "not responding" in the task list.
I installed v3.1, hoping that would fix the problem -- no such luck! Is there something I can do to make this work? I didn't have this problem with version 2, and I didn't use to with version 3; probably something happened after a windows update..... Thanks. |

Would it be possible to get a little more information:
CPU (type/speed): Motherboard: Video Card/driver: Tuner Card/driver: Sound Card: DirectX Version: A thorough description of the problem: And possibly a log file, they should exist in: C:\windows\all users\documents\snapstream\PersonalVideoStation\ in the logs folder and for future reference please post problems in the Community Support forum, or directly to snapstream using the Official Support form: http://snapstream.com/Support/TechSupportEmail.aspx |
