want to get away cheap

i want to install snap stream personal video watcha ma call it on a mini pc with my tv as the display. i just don't have this mini pc yet and I want to know where I can get it cheap. I don't care if I have to build it. the video center thing is the only thing I want to use the mini pc for. so its not going to be the best super computer the world has ever seen. just a cheap solution. i can use s video, the cable jack, or input wires. if anybody has a sollution, please respond.

(P.S. This should be no more expensive than tivo, and should be small, but not hand held)

this is my first emachine -- i figured the 299 was worth it -- the windows liscense and the hard drive would have cost me that much (to be legal at least)

only time will tell if it is stable and runs well -- but so far (knock on wood) I have not had any problems, and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend it to others --

as a matter of fact when it is time to replace my desktop i may just biy and emachine as the base and upgrade the parts as i go --
