Question CH Tuner Plug-in for Girder with UIRT

I'm trying to write a plug-in for Snapstream that sends channel-changing data to Girder so it can generate events in Girder to support the current UIRT2 driver for it.
http://www.fukushima.us/UIRT2/
If we can get UIRT2 working it would be great for Snapstream because then you only need one serial port and you will be able to teach Girder to control Snapstream along with changing channels with better support than the current Actisys IR200L driver.

So far I modified the driver on SnapStream's website for the current Actisys IR200L but I have no success in Snapstream recognizing the driver. I was successful in sending events to Girder so the only thing that is holding back my development is Snapstream reading the driver.

Attached is the VC driver I'm trying to get working to pass channel changing information to Girder. I’m not too experienced in writing drivers but I was successful in making a sample Dialog program that uses the channel change function of sample driver provide on SnapStream’s website. If anyone has more information or can help I thank you in advance.

\Cglider-is a sample VC dialog program that works by send example events to Girder

\gireventlib-is the library provide to send events to Girder

\SSirtunerGirder-is the actual driver I'm trying to get working with SnapStream

Here is the lastest version of Girder
http://www.girder.nl/downloadn.php?Link=294

All you have to do is install Girder and when using the sample program you see that it will show events in Girder. Right now you need the gireventlib.dll copied to the same directory as the executable or DLL or the program won't find the dll. I hope to fix this in the future but right now I just want Snapstream to just recognize my driver.
