all in one in the future?

I stumbled upon this program after seeing a demo of the xp media vs. and hearing that I had to buy a specific pc to run it. That really turned me off, as my system is much better than any of their boxed set.

What I did like about the xp media vs. is that it had the ability to display not only tv, but all my media such as video's pictures, mp3's etc.....

Are there any plans on turning snapstream into such an engine? Or does anyone have any suggestions that I should look at for this?

b.t.w. I have purchased snapstream, and it runs beautifully.
thanks for such a great product

Well, SS will play MP3s, but there really isn't any organization to that. I (and a few others in this forum) would point ya at myHTPC (www.myhtpc.net). It's a very customisable MCE-like frontend. I use it for most my playback and to launch programs...I don't use SS to playback, only record.

Music and pictures support are two of the most oft requested features from our users and in house they're considered must have features for development.

That said, with 3.0 just getting out the door and us busy finishing the Trial version, we're still gathering out thoughts and deciding the priority with which to focus our development efforts. So, basically, to answer your question, yes we're planning to implement photos and music, but at this time we have no concrete time table for it yet.
