I am a user of PVS 2.0. I have patiently endured the beta program, posting as necessary, waiting for the glorious day that the final build was completed.

Imagine my delight when I received your announcement of PVS 3.0 on Friday. Fortunately for me, as a PVS 2.0 buyer, I am eligible for a free upgrade to 3.0. Unfortunately for me, I have been given no resources (web link) to download it. So I responded to the listed address (orders@snapstream.com) explaining my dilemma, since then I have been waiting for acknowledgement of my existence.

I see in the beta forums that there is a thread asking beta testers for suggestions on how to market PVS 3.0 to a wider audience. Let me suggest that you cater to the audience that has already paid, first. Then find some new customers.

I have done my part. Could you please do yours?

PM me some info on your order so I can find the key that we generated and reserved for you-- sufficient would be the e-mail address that you ordered with or the order number. Failing either of those, possibly a last name + the address attached to the order or anything else I could use to find your old original purchase of 2.0.
