Capture Card
I will be using a DirecTV for my input, tuned via Low Speed Data Port.
Question is: Can I just buy a Video Capture Card and not a TV Tuner card? Thanks For the quick responce, Im ready to go buy one today.

As long as the Capture card has WDM drivers that PVS can enumerate the inputs (no tuner just composite and Svideo) then yes. You can also get a low cost TV tuner like the WinTV Go for about $50. A capture card might not save you too much money.
