Hauppauge WinTV freezes on exit

My Hauppauge WinTV works great until you try and exit the application and then it freezes. You have to kill it and then it creates a MS trouble report. I have Window XP, P4 on a Dell and I'm using the software that came with the card before trying SS. I'm using the WDM drivers because the other drivers didn't work at all. Should I return this card? What's a nice stable card that's mostly trouble free and has SS support?

Try downloading the latest driver and apps from http://www.hauppauge.com/html/sw_wcst.htm try the WHLQed for Win XP

I have used the hauppauge WinTV Stereo card for about 3 yrs It has been very stable and never the cause of a system crash

One thing I noticed is snapstream mutes the line in so if you want to watch tv with the Win TV app you have to uncheck the mute line in on the sound control panel

Tried it before but I tried it again today just to make sure and yes, it still freezes. Got all the latest software from their site but still doesn't work.
