2.0 Owner Upgrade Procedure
What is the process for a 2.0 owner to upgrade to 3.0. I saw that SnapStream was going to send an email to previous owners to give them instructions. I have since changed my email address, and notified SnapStream several months ago, and they said I would be notified when 3.0 is released.
Please Help! Thanks!

These were the instructions given by James in the beta group.
If you don't get your email by the end of the weekend, please send an email to orders@snapstream.com. Please include as much information as possible (order ID and email address for example) so that we can quickly track down your order.
