Are you closing out the internet explorer window and just watching the stream in media player (meaning you are not using the embedded media player in the webpage)?

It is timing out when I play it in in the though the emmbedded media page on a laptop and when I use a separate media payer with my pocketpc. Although on the test through the laptop and media web page it did play longer before cutting out

I'm trying to post to all these various threads about PocketPC streaming not working. Please indicate that your streaming to a PocketPC in the first place, many of the people just say that streaming is dropping out, but this seems to be related to using a pocketPC for the client. For me it started with RC3 (I never used RC2).

I also did not use rc2 and it started with rc3. However as I said in the post I am having streaming problems to a laptop as well using the embedded web page. Running XP porffesional. They both shut down, just happens quicker on the ipaq then the laptop.

I have tested with my notebook with a wireless connection, and with my iPAQ 3955 with a wireless connection.

The notebook works fine, but the PocketPC will only run for a short time and then the streaming stops. Also, I could only get the PocketPC to work if I changed the Quality in the setup to iPAQ. It would not work when I had it set for a higher quality like VHS.

How long did you test it on the notebook? I was able to run it for a few minutes before it cut out on teh notebook. For some reason pocketpc cuts out quicker.

I let it run for a long time. I also tried it from my daughter's computer which is on the wired network. Both worked fine.

I am running it in another browser as I type this, and it is working fine. I can even change channels and it keeps working.
