We'll be making a posting shortly (tonight or tomorrow) that will briefly outline how different groups of people (i.e. owners of 2.0 who were not beta testers, 2.0 owners who were beta testers, etc.) will proceed to get their updates.

If your e-mail address from when you purchased 2.0 (or before) is still valid, you will also receive instructions and other pertinent information sent to you--including your personalized link to download the software, your cd-key, etc.

If your e-mail has changed, if you can provide us with something to establish proof of purchase--an order number, the last four digits of the credit card used, the original e-mail address that was used, etc.

Eventually we'll be a bit faster to respond to such inquiries, but for the time being it'll be a bit of a manual process.
