WMV File Editing
I went to the Divx.com forums and found a couple of programs that claim they can edit wmv8. One is Sonic Foundary's Vegas Video 3.0. But for $500 you better be a pro. A free one is MovieXone http://www.aistinc.com/Products/MovieXone.asp
I haven't tried it but it's free and might work.
