No sound on a mono card...
Hello.

I have downloaded the beta version of Snapstream 3.0. Installation went smoothly except for one hiccup. My capture card only supports mono audio. When the software is set to stereo, I get nothing. I'm not getting any sound, so I'm guessing its set to stereo.
Is there anyway to switch the audio to mono?

i am having the same problems with mini no sound and i have the mono card too

Well apparently we are the only ones that have ever had this problem. I have been in a 4-5 day long email thread with tech support and they insist it has nothing to do with the card being mono. I guess its just that SnapStream doesn't support my card, oh and your card, oh and every other card that has a problem to come...

Well anyways i have a ATI wonder VE capture card on the main site says its suportted but i dont get any sound on it any tech support would be appreciated

well i had to reformat my hard drive and now it works woohoo and i just got the new version 3 software works great
