TV Tuner REQUIRED?
Is an actual TV Tuner card required for v3, or will a video capture device suffice? For someone who is using an external tuner (like a DBS or cable tuner), it seems wasteful have a tuner that will only tune to channel 3. The only problem I can think of is that only TV Tuner cards will have enough hardware power to capture full-frame video, whereas video cards with integrated input capture-only will lag. Any comments?
