Actisys IR200L at Snapstream store

The setup for 3.0 asks for signaling cable type (serial, Actisys IR200L, or other). The snapstream Yahoo store offers an IR cable pack, but says "This does NOT include an Actisys 200L", but the picture is clearly the same one as an Actisys 200L from other sites. Can someone give me an explanation why Snapstream wants a Actisys 200L, but yet doesn't sell it?

Also, has someone seen a site that sells the cable itself (I already have the appropriate video/audio cabling, I just need that cable) for under $50? Most sites I've seen it at are selling it for $50, or selling a newer version than the 200L.

Is this a USB or serial (DB9) cable?

Thanks.
