please help

i am have had this program for a year now and it has never worked right. I gave up for a while but i want to give it another try. Please help.



1. i cant watch live tv or record at any time threw snap stream.
2. My computer also will not change channels while i am out and record the next show. Accually it changed channels of the computer itself but my direct tv channels do not change. I am running Snap v2.0 with happauge tv tunner. I can understand that my direct tv cannot change channels since their is nothing connected to both the computer and d.tv telling it to change. the only connection they have between is the coaxile cable for video and audio.

ps. i can watch live tv threw win tv (hauppages program) just not threw snapsteam.

I don't think they are going to do much to fix 2.0 at this point. 3.0 has come a long way.
