Question open tvvi file?

I'm trying to watch a live tv program or even schedule one and when I'm in the GUIDE and click the shortcut to watch live tv it prompts me to open a .tvvi file. I tried open it with snapstream and internet explorer and its a no go. What program should I be opening these with? It doesn't let me add channels when I use the setup wizard for some reason so I'm not sure on another way to watch live tv.

Thanks,

Shaun

I have the same problem using PC Vision from Pinnacle(PCTV Deluxe). Does the same when clicking the one click record button as well on titantv.
