SnapStream 2.0 recording is broken!

Recently, recording with SnapStream 2.0 seems to be broken on my system. The application will launch and serve out the web page without any problems. Watching previously recorded shows works too. However, recording shows seems to crash SnapStream. When it is time to record a show, the application begins recording like normal, but when the show is over, SnapStream crashes. The web page on port 8129 becomes unavailable, there is no error message, there is nothing in the event log... ssw.exe just disappears as a process.

I have a rough idea of when this happened because of the last successfully recorded show. The next day I did a Windows Update and got the new Media Player 9. Could this be the culprit?

Has anyone else had any problems with SnapStream 2.0 and Media Player 9? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Media Player 9 and SnapStream 2.0 with no luck. It behaves the same way every time.

Any ideas?
