MPEG Video Decoder

In one of the product illustrations here at Snapstream, there is a television room showing a TV thats streaming media from the
Snapstream server. The graphic says the TV is using a MPEG Video Decoder. Where can I buy a small affordable box to do this? ...does this box have an OS of some type so I can select media, etc. from the Snapstream server?

I'd too like see this device for the typical tv set sporting it's own set of A/V output and S-Video. And maybe in the future it'd have A/V inputs for digital recordings.

I'd imagine it could have a built-in ethernet port and mini browser for the tv. Along with a IR remote control. This would bridge the gap in the PVR world and cheaper alternative to Tivo and ReplayTV.
