ATI Radeon AIW or other card+TV tuner
This doesn't seem to be covered by most standard reviews of hardware, so I was wondering if anyone has some advice on which choice would offer the best value. Let me know if you need any additional information to provide some suggestions.
I currently have an AIW Pro 8MB, but I plan on purchasing a new primary PC to use with SnapStream.
