Unable to Submit Ticket
I'm unable to Submit an Ticket to Tech Support, because an
Beyond TV Confirmation Code is required. I checked under Contact Us, there's no E-Mail that I could use to notify them of this problem. When I run Setup Wizard, I get No audio device detected - so I pressed next and get the message Graph Build failed. Since I can't get the Beyond TV Icon in the tray, I can't upload the Beyond TV information, so I could get an Beyond TV Confirmation Code. The video tuner card I'm using, has been used in the past - with no problems with an audio card. I'm trying to use the onboard Realtek HD Audio [ MSI 785GTM-E45 ] motherboard. I downloaded the latest driver for Realtek HD Audio, still no luck.
