yeah i was doing that for a bit. I couldn't seem to get both monitor and tv running at the same time. using the standard nvidia drivers from nvidia.com, and making sure i had the svhs cable plugged in before turning on the computer, it would give me the choice of selecting one or the other only. with my new geforce4 with nView, it offers many more options with this, including both at once.

Check your display properties/advanced/nview tab, select the clone radio button under nview modes.. voila, a signal to your monitor and the svideo out.

nah just update your drivers, go to www.nvidia.com and they should have a download section.. just download the latest, they come out with new drivers about once every month.

cheers,

if you are going to be using an nvidia based tv out card, you will want to have a look at www.tvtool.com. This is a happy (and very inexpensive 10 bucks) piece of software that will give you the overscan that nvidia cards do not have out of the box.

This means no black bars surrounding your picture on the TV

tvtool is a must have, for easy access to changing between the TV and non TV (and though my card doesn't support twinview, now all of a sudden with tvtool I can do both at the same time).
