Why does support take so long?
First of all, let me state that BeyondTV is a great product, and I have used it for close to 3 years now. And I have had maybe 2 issues during that time.
But one thing that bugs me is how long it takes for a response to a support request. I submitted a question, specifically why I am getting a expired message when attempt to use the trial version of BeyondTV link, on 01/15/2009 (last Thursday) and have yet to receive a response. I had the same lag in the one previous issue I submitted. Now please understand I am not trying to be overly critical, I just would like to understand why this is? Thanks, James |
