Video hardware suggestions for new system
I am cancelling FIOS when my contract expires in January, and going to see how well I can do with OTA HDTV. I am waiting on the best sale price for a 46" LCD TV, and shopping for a Intel i7 940 motherboard now.
The PC and LCD will live together in the family room, with wireless remote, keyboard and mouse. The greatest use will be time shifting PVR, and maybe some occasional gaming and web browsing. I am looking for advice on the best video card to use with the LCV TV. I am assuming I would want a card with an HDMI output, or should I go with DVI? Can BTV do dual outputs, with two video cards? Any cons to the HVR-2250? I am looking to have two of them. Thanks for any help.
