Post Windows Media 9 (Corona)

Here is a link I believe everyone at SnapStream would be interested in.

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...es/default.asp

This talks about the new windows media 9 that will be introduced in September. It promises a new media player + new codecs and much more. I hope this will not mess up the new Quartz.

Just thought everyone should know about this.

seeing as snapstream feeds off the windows media encoding engine, upgrading it to the next engine would just be a matter of installing it... fairly effortless i'm sure.

Intersting that this will support 6 channel sound, not just 2 channel... Seeing as how my card understands Dolby this would be cool.
