I think I'm actually ready to give up on getting an update. However I would simply like an answer. I've emailed and posted several times and it apparently goes into a black hole.

I'm a registered user but my email address has changed. I don't have any confirmation number, don't even have the original computer. I'm not even sure of the original email address, it could one of four. I can and have provided these email addresses in previous emails with no response, but I'm sure its one of them. Something should be able to be done.

Love the product, all I'm asking for is a response.
