Trouble signing up for beta

Hi, I bought SS 2.0 and am unable to get signed up for the beta. I went to the http://beta.snapstream.net/sscs/GenCDKey2.asp URL, but I get an error message:

"Email not found in database"

I sent support an email yesterday, with no response. I know you guys are busy trying to get 3.0 out the door, but if you get a chance I'd appreciate some help.

Except that it has been like this for several days. If it were a temporary glitch...I would have thought it would be fixed by now. I either get the database error message or a response saying my email address is not in the database. There is clearly something else broken here.

Okay...I just checked...usually we update sales data every 30 minutes but the latest data in the database was for 12/29 b/c of the network issues we've been experiencing. I just ran the update, so we now have digibuy sales data for everything up to 12/31 noon central time. If you've purchased in the last two days, you should now be in our system.

We are still experiencing database connectivity issues, so you might have to try several times. Thanks.

Ok, great it worked and I got a key. We are making progress. However, when I try to follow the download directed emailed to me to make a new account the page times out going to this URL:

http://beta.snapstream.net/sscs/shopcustvalidate.asp

Probably our network connection timing out. Try again a couple of times and if it keeps timing out let me know. We just got the new switch in...but we are waiting on our network operations guy to install it...so until then you'll see periodic network time outs. Thanks.

I am now 15 mesg into the download. So, things are going better. I just hope this is worth the trouble!
