Best Tuner Card???

I am looking into getting the SnapStream Product and wanted to know which tunner card would be the best? I want to get the WIN-PVR 250, but it seems like support will be on down the road... So which tunner card, that's currently supported, will give the best quality and stability?

I'd advise a Hauppauge card. Lots of users have those, and they work without a problem for most. Many also have ATi AIWs. I have a Hauppauge WinTV Theatre.
I'd advise a PCI, rather than USB tuner.

If you are going for quality and reliability your best bet would be the PCI Hauppauge card. You won't be able to achieve the quality and resolution with the USB tuner that you will with the PCI. Additionally, as has been stated many times -- the Hauppauge tuner has been around long enough to have the kinks worked out -- so it should be the most reliable when used with Personal Video Station.
