Order on Hold??
Hey everyone! Just purchased the BT4 and the 500MCE bundle on December 26th. I was hoping it would come sometime very early in the new year; however, I noticed that my order has yet to be shipped and is "On hold." Does anyone know what that means? I emailed snapstream but haven't heard back from them. I really want to get my HTPC up and running but I'm missing the last component (the most important one at that!). I NEED ANSWERSS!!!! haha.

Just so everyone knows, we are currently back-ordered on the PVR-500MCE. The website will be updated to reflect this tomorrow when everyone is back in the office. For those of you who have already ordered, we'll hopefully have a status update after talking to Hauppauge tomorrow.
