Snapstream Yahoo Store
Has anyone ordered from the Snapstream Yahoo store recently??
I ordered an IR Blaster on Tuesday and did not receive a confirmation email or anything, however I did receive an order number. I put the order number in the order status page and it said to email yahoostore@snapstream.com. I emailed them just asking if the order was received, I did this yesterday, and have not heard anything back. Do you usually get a confirmation email??? How long does it usually take?? I still have not heard anything!!! I am not trying to be a bother but I have no idea if the order went thru or what the status is. Like I said before I got an order number on the Order Completion screen but was never emailed anything. I would really like to know what's going on, I would love to get my IR Blaster to complete my Snapstream setup. I have been behind Snapstream support from the beginning and would just like for someone to let me know what's going on. Thanks for you past and future help!!! Scott |

Hi... I'm having the same problem. I ordered my IR Blaster around the 23rd of November, received an e-mail on the 25th the IR Blaster was back ordered but haven't heard anything since. I just sent another note to see if I can get a status since my credit card was charged when I placed the order. Any assistance you can provide in getting me a status would be great. Thanks!

I called earlier this morning and was told they were on backorder and some were shipped yesterday and some today. So you should have it soon I would think, but I do not work for Snapstream so they would be the best to answer that.

I also have ordered an IR-blaster cable pack and not heard a word. I ordered on 12/3. I sent email to orders@snapstream.com this morning, but I haven't heard anything yet.

Very disspointing. I've tried following up with SnapStream on case [SSM: 29241] multiple times to no avail. For an IR Blastrer order placed on the Yahoo site back in early Octobber 2002. (order number:snapstreammedia-847).
Yahoo credited my AMEX card back in October, but yet STILL no product has been delivered. I've lost faith in using SnapStream's online product purchasing.
