Re-installing Beyond TV w/ WinTV-PVR-USB2

Hi

Had some problems with my laptop, got a new HD so now I have to re-install everything. I had it working before!

So I installed the BeyondTV from the original CD, then upgraded the software. Everything's fine except all I have is the BeyondTV for scheduling recordings. I remember originally there was another application maybe from Hauppauge? I think it was WinTV? It had a TV screen and all the buttons for recording, playback etc. I'm recording from a satellite box on China TV. It's not DirectTV or Dish network or any of the commercial providers.

I was able to just connect my composit cables from the PVR-USB2 to the satellite box and hit record.

Was there another disk from Hauppauge that came with the kit or is everything on the Beyond CD? I'm Stumped! Wow1 it's hard to get old

yes! the drivers and wintv stuff was on a orange looking disk
