file menu at top in full screen

in the trial there is a file menu on the top of the screen in full screen.
when i buy the program will that top bar disapear for true full screen (Is This Just A Trial Thing?)

If you hit CTRL-ENTER you can make the program full screen. This is not a limitation of the Trial version.
