New Version?

I bought SnapStream v2 over 3 months ago, figuring I would use the existing version until 3.0 (Quartz) came out in June. Version 2 is so "iffy" that I rarely use it, and if I do, I always back it up with a VHS recording, because more often than not, V2 doesn't work.
When is Version 3 going to be released?
And, is there an "idiots Guide" to v2 that explains how to view a v2 recording on another computer on a home network?

uhh.. if you're having problems like that in version 2, i don't think 3 is going to help. looks more like you've got issues other than what snapstream is doing. version 2 rocks in 99 percent of all cases I've seen, particularly in terms of reliability of recording shows. I've had mine up and running without a reboot or program restart for months now without a single glitch. (running on win2k) please find and see my other post concerning the "i bought version X, expecting that version Y would be out soon". You can find it by searching for "they sold you exactly what you purchased. nothing more. anyone purchasing a product that they don't like just to get something in the future is a dufus."
