Expansion of DVD Library?

I was thinking DVD Library needs to be expanded to handle episodes of shows in a better way. Maybe have an "SHOWNAME: Season 1" icon in the main movies listing section. Then when you select it you get sent into a submenu with episode listings, episode names and information. I think this would be a huge improvement for those of us that like to record our shows, archive them, and view them that way.

Would this be something anyone else is interested in? I am thinking that DVD Library has a lot of things, but I think it needs this feature as well as support for adding custom file extensions and being able to choose a custom player for files with those extensions (ie being able to add mp4 and choose that format's player, being able to add mkv and choose it's player, etc.)
