How long will it take to get an RMA number?

Hi,

I ordered a Beyond TV USB 2.0 Bundle and the package were damaged when I received it. I sent an RMA request for exchange last Thursday night but haven't got any response.

I would like to know when should I expect to receive an RMA number?

Update: I shipped the damaged items 10 days ago, I still haven't received the replacement item. Can anyone tell me how long will it take to process the RMA??

I have rma'd a return not a replacement, but I would call them via "contact us" link on SS site and check status.
