Yeah... finally took some photo's of my setup. We didn't want to mess with our house too much, so this is a pretty light system which is more about keeping the server stuff out of the living space. My wife like that we just have 2 remotes, and if the Firefly supported IR we would only have 1 remote.  Anyway... I still run BTV 3.7 because I like the stability... at this point I might wait to see if anything cool happens with the iTV, or wait for BTV 5.
