DVICO FusionHDTV Gold USB not working and can't get them to email me back for return
I have DVICO FusionHDTV Gold USB and i sent them a email 5 days ago because i need to find out about getting a new one. Sure wouldbe nice to hear from them. Will keep you all up to date on how they handle this. This will tell you if you want to spend over $200.00 on this and software.

We're running a less than 24 hour turnaround on the orders@ queue so e-mail there and they'll help you in less than a day. Or, as people have mentioned, you can call and dial '0' between about 10am and 5pm (central time) and the same guy that does orders@ can help you out.
