Re: do you like the new "bundled" video better?

I've never noticed a video but then again I've always downloaded and installed the software and just pasted in my serial #.

I like the fish, it's simple yet catchy.

Re: do you like the new "bundled" video better?

Aren't the videos in the poll backwards? If the fish is the new one, it is linked to the "old" version in the poll.

I kind of like the fish, but I'm not sure I get the "Hi, I'm a talking fish" thing.

Brent, thanks for the tip... yeah, the video links were backwards.

I like the fish, but I also liked the "surround sound" of the old one

I kinda like the fish better honestly. It is simple and clean. It reminds me of the apple ads with a white background. I don't know what it has to do with SS or BTV, but I kinda like it. The other one feels too busy or something.

Re: do you like the new "bundled" video better?

I think if the old one were revised a bit it would be better. Maybe include the logo or something instead of just "snapstream" name to brand it.

Re: do you like the new "bundled" video better?

The fish had to make me think of the fish slapping dance from Monthy Python.
I probably prefer it to the old one.

Re: do you like the new "bundled" video better?

Why??????

Not to be too mean, but it looks like someone just threw it together and put it on there. It doesnt incorporate any of Snapstream or BTVs image, colors, logos, etc. Its completely unrelated, and frankly seems a bit childish.

Now like i said i dont want to be too critical, but thats my honest opinion.

If i were to remake it, it'd be along the sames lines of the first, with a great intro to demonstrate HD/pic quality/sound, and possibly (although it has to be small enough not to affect the download size), a small tutorial for first time users.

Its usually put into your video directory.

Maybe upgrades/downloads dont include it? idk

I like the fish. Would be cool if you had sonar sound for the sorround sound. or bubbles going up sound.
