Post Avoid this company if you want support!

I posted a simple question to this forum and to tech support about realtime viewing without recording and never got an answer from support.

Now, imagine if I needed tech support AFTER I buy the product.

I will avoid this product and this company forever more.

Your call. Meanwhile the rest of us will be lounging in the back yard channel surfing our own cable tv on a laptop via 802.11b. Tea anyone?

Sorry about not answering. Currently Snapstream is looking for someone to fill Patrick's shoes since his departure. I'm filling in and lost the ability to log into the tech support machine. Since my temporary postion was suppose to be two weeks I figured that they filled the spot and I didn't have to do it any more. I found out otherwise Friday. I will answer any questions that have gone through techsupport@snapstream.com over the past week and hopefully answer all your questions.

To answer you question Snapstream doesn't support real time streaming without recording. There may be support for it in the future but there may be legal ramifications about it that needs to be cleared up.
