More thoughts...
1. Improve speed of music navigation in BM. 2. General uasbility improvements in DVD player in BM. 3. Change on-screen keyboard in BM to be larger (as in BTV) for easier navigation. 4. GUI Firefly profile designer. 5. When conflict is detected in BTV - suggest alternative viewing of the same show. 6. BTV: Allow option to record ALL shows - even if repeats as XMLTV somestimes does not include epidode data.

BM Fixes, I.E. Music handling, DVD playback.
BM/BTV integration Firefly improvements, have the letters actually jump to artists in the music catalog instead of scrolling for 30 seconds.

I'll add a vote for PVR to Go Feature. I travel some also and it sounds like a nice idea. I also like the idea of "upcoming pilot show alert".
I've noticed that several posters (especially on page 3 of this thread) have voted for various Beyond Media fixes such as improved music player and improved dvd/movie player etc. Not sure how to deal with this, but these are really votes for "BM Bug fixes" also. You may have already taken this into account, but I wanted to be sure. Thanks, Brent

My short list, in approximate order of preference:
- Parental Controls (even minimal is better than nothing!) - Improved Category searching (eg. don't display *every* instance of a given movie title, show the title once and then different channels/times in an underlying window) - Ability to set up record by name/category/wildcard/etc without them having to be in the guide (eg. all New movies, Pilots, etc) - Fix BM so I'll actually consider buying it - BM integration Brad.

For me it would be:
- An extender, preferably HD compatible but SD will do. - Proper handling of NAS devices. - Much better support for multiple disks. Just point BTV at all the disks you want to use and let it manage what gets recorded where. - Intelligent recording of some sort. |
